Hi, it's me your graphic designer!

Fateh Akmal was born in 30th of October in 1997, the youngest child in his siblings, grew up in Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia. Develop his interest on computing (IT) and graphic design as early as primary school. However, despite having Accounting courses as his major in secondary school, he went on to study for 4 years at UNISEL (Universiti Selangor), graduating with a Diploma in Information Technology (Mobile Technology) in 2019. During his Diploma, he ran into designs which include Graphic & Web Designs on one of his semester. Received various of jobs on designing while focusing on his studies. That's when he knew that he was into Graphic Designs more rather than computing, but that does not end there.

I participated in the MATTA Fair Expo in 2024 and 2025, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale hospitality exhibitions while supporting brand awareness initiatives and engaging directly with consumers, contributing to promotional efforts and strengthening the visibility of hotel brands within a competitive industry environment.

In charge of visual design and branding for three hotel properties Mines Beach Resort, deKing KLCC and Hotel Tamara Melaka from 2023 to 2025, responsible for signage, promotional materials and menu designs supporting marketing campaigns, while managing social media content including photography and videography for events and brand promotions, as well as overseeing festive decorations, website updates and LED signage to maintain consistent and engaging visual communication across all properties, earning recognition as Best Employee (Back of the House) in 2024 for strong performance and contribution.
